The recent pandemic that the whole world faced has impacted the mental, emotional, and sometimes the wellbeing of people, worry, isolation, loneliness, anxiety and depression, became a shared collective experience for everyone across the globe.

Society’s stigma has changed drastically the past year, as this collective experience moulded the way we think and view certain things in life.

Self care is now a priority, taking the time to reflect and heal emotionally, paying more attention to inner family and closed ones as the pandemic separated many people.

Self-care whether it is done through mediation, taking vacation day, travelling locally, learning a new skill, practicing yoga and healthy eating, being cautious to the nutrients we get through the food we consume is very essential towards healing, those steps are being practiced without the need to schedule or think about them. Health and wellness are becoming the most important subject this year.
