First of all, you must practice the most important
self-caring act; Love yourself. Self-love is an essential part of living a healthy
life. When you have a negative self-image, it naturally lowers your vibrations,
weighs down on your mental outlook and in turn your health. Part of caring for
yourself, is being gentle with yourself, accepting your flaws and mistakes is
part of self-acceptance and love.

Eating healthier & cutting down on
processed food. Processed food is not good because the bigger portion of the
meal’s nutritional value is lost in the creation of these foods, and also the
added preservatives are bad for our health. In general, the more ingredients a
food has on the label (ending with ‘ite’ or ‘ate’), the more processed it
is. Try to choose less processed food such as a baked potato over chips, fresh
fruit over canned fruit, and intact grains over white bread.

Breathe. Deeply. Yes! Oxygen is vital for life, these 2 large
organs that are placed in the chest are super important for all lives on Earth.
Yes! we know, of course you know how to breathe, but are you breathing properly
and right way it should be? Most of us aren’t breathing properly — we take
shallow breaths and breathe to 1/3 of our lung capacity, and the best way to practice
that is at the Dead Sea Jordan, it has a higher atmospheric pressure, the air
has a slightly higher oxygen content (3.3% in summer to 4.8% in winter) as
compared to oxygen concentration at sea level. Dead Sea is around eight percent richer in oxygen than that
at sea level due to Barometric pressure

Get out more often. If you have a
9-5 job, chances are you spend much of your time glued down in the office and
not a lot of time going out and having fun. During weekends, you’re probably
busy with family or running errands. Make a point to go out with your friends at
least once a week. Get some vitamin D from the sun rays! Go out and have a
change of environment. It’ll be great for your body and soul. Touring
